In contrast to the current state-of-the-art, OptaSIR is a unified, web-based, operating system-independent drone-, and more generally, mission- and sensor planning solutions.

Typically, the task of controlling drones (and in general any airborne platform) follows a multi-step process which depends on the platform’s capabilities.
